We would like to introduce Sonya Watson, the newest member of the team who started last week. Sonya will be responsible for helping us run some parts of The Circle Club which is due to launch on the 1st July… watch this space for more news.
Sonya has a successful background in the voluntary and private sector with multichannel experience in the delivery of complex projects and events. She is experienced and successful leader who is well networked and successful in developing processes, defining company direction, achieving goals, adapting and improving procedures.
She is highly motivated individual and is committed to personal development, her two highlights of her personal development have been a BA (hons) in Youth & Community Development and her MA in Voluntary Sector Management at Cass Business School.
Sonya said “I joined The House of Lifestyle Management as I saw a clear synergy between the company’s focus to bring people in business together and my own experience in both the business development and voluntary sectors.
I believe in being proactive rather than reactive and creating a real and sustained change in society. For example, one of my career highlights was working with The Prince’s Trust assisting in the development and running of a programme for young people with a primary aim of building confidence, motivation and skills to help unemployed young people return to education or move into employment.
I look forward to working closely with The Circle Club members to help them to meet their philanthropic objectives, develop their personal and business goals and benefit the surrounding community”
