Job summary

Your job role will mainly relate to The Circle Club aspect of the business. The Circle Club is a business networking group currently located in Leicestershire and Derbyshire (soon to expand into Nottingham). The Circle Club aims to bring together elite, like-minded business professionals together to enhance their business, increase their sales and raise their profile within the community.
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities will include:-
Assisting the Owner and the PA to the Club in communicating with existing and potential new members; Day to day dealing with new member enquiries, informing existing members of any updates to meetings and programs, tracking application forms, following up on applications, dealing with requests for support from existing members and personalising welcome letters.
Support administration activities in relation to the account management, ensuring payments are received and subscription renewals are followed through to completion (with the support of the PA).
The candidate will need to be a self-starter, enthusiastic as the individual will be the first point of contact for The Circle Club member queries via telephone and email.

The right candidate must have excellent verbal & written communication skills, be enthusiastic and a self-starter. The candidate must be confident, friendly, well organised and have a genuine willingness to engage and learn. Candidates must have the ability to think creatively, take initiative and be highly organised.
Attention to detail and the ability to close out tasks is essential. The right candidate will be well-presented with a professional approach. An interest in and knowledge of social media would be advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excellent customer service skills

Flexible across Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. There may be some evening and weekend work, around events but you will have lots of prior warning

We are a very small, hands-on team. The candidate will be learning directly from the Owner/ Founder and will gain first-hand insights and experience of how to lead, manage, run a business enabling its growth. Individuals will be given coaching through on-the-job experience and personal growth.
Support will be given where needed. We will offer training on the bespoke IT systems available to the House of LM and the Circle Club, including our CRM system.
The candidate will be working and supported closely with the Circle Club PA to understand the many different aspects of planning and managing successful events, be it face to face in person or through modern IT systems. This opportunity will be a hands-on experience.
In addition to this, we will support candidates with interview skills, networking, connecting, and CV writing.
